Our core principle is to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. GlassLab and Pixel Painter's unlockable features are digital products. Once unlocked and accessed, we generally do not offer refunds.

As these unlockable features are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We will only consider a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.

  • A verified bug on our end completely prevented you from accessing the features you paid for, and our support team was unable to resolve it within 5 business days of you reporting it.
